Terms and Conditions

Tokentrado is a service provided by PegoleTech SL (Tax ID: B16441669), with registered address at Glorieta de los Paises Bálticos, building I, office 17, 14014 Córdoba, Spain. Email: hola@pegoletech.com.

Tokentrado is a SaaS platform that enables board game publishers to manage component replacement requests through an embeddable widget on their website and a centralised management dashboard.

Accessing and using Tokentrado implies full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, you must refrain from using the service.

Access to the platform's features requires registration as a publisher. The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
• Notify PegoleTech SL of any unauthorised use of their account.

PegoleTech SL reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms.

Tokentrado offers the following monthly subscription plans:

• Starter — €19/month: 30 tickets/month, 3 active games, 1 user.
• Indie — €49/month: 100 tickets/month, 15 active games, 3 users.
• Pro — €99/month: 300 tickets/month, 50 active games, 10 users.
• Enterprise — €299/month: unlimited tickets, games and users.

New users enjoy a 30-day free trial with no cost and no credit card required. PegoleTech SL reserves the right to modify pricing with a minimum of 30 days' notice by email.

Payment is made by credit/debit card via Stripe. The subscription renews automatically each month on the date of sign-up. Users may cancel at any time from the settings panel; access will be maintained until the end of the paid period.

In the event of non-payment, the account will move to overdue status and dashboard access will be suspended until the payment is settled.

The user agrees to use Tokentrado solely for its intended purposes and not to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users or publishers.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the software.
• Overload the systems through large-scale automated requests.

Tokentrado, its brand, design and code are the exclusive property of PegoleTech SL. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the platform for the duration of their subscription.

Data entered by the user (games, components, tickets) is their exclusive property and responsibility.

PegoleTech SL shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the service. The maximum liability of PegoleTech SL shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.

PegoleTech SL does not guarantee 100% availability, but commits to maintaining a reasonable service level and to giving advance notice of any scheduled maintenance.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. With regard to buyer data managed through the widget, the publisher acts as data controller and PegoleTech SL as processor, in accordance with the data processing agreement incorporated into these terms.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Córdoba, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.

PegoleTech SL may amend these terms by notifying users by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
