We collect the following personal data:

• Platform users (publishers): name, email, company name and billing details required to manage the subscription.
• Buyers who open tickets: name, email, phone number (optional) and shipping address, provided voluntarily when completing the replacement form.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically via technical cookies.

We process your data for the following purposes:

• Account and subscription management — necessary for the performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Replacement ticket management — legitimate interest of the publisher responsible for the widget and buyer consent (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).
• Sending email notifications — legitimate interest in communicating ticket status updates (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Compliance with legal obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and, in any event, for the legally required periods. Ticket data is deleted at the publisher's request or after 5 years from the date the ticket was closed.

Your data may be shared with the following service providers, acting as data processors:

• Supabase Inc. — database storage (servers in the EU).
• Resend Inc. — transactional email delivery.
• Stripe Inc. — payment processing.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting infrastructure.

Where these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will be carried out with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision by the European Commission).

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by sending an email to hola@pegoletech.com with the subject line "GDPR Rights" and a copy of your identity document.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Tokentrado uses only technical cookies necessary for the operation of the platform (user session, language preferences). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction, including TLS encryption in communications and role-based access control.

PegoleTech SL reserves the right to amend this policy to reflect legislative changes or service improvements. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
